# TERMS OF USE # Article 1 (Purpose) These Terms and Conditions are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of KGH (hereinafter referred to as the "Mall"), an e-commerce business operator, and users in relation to the use of internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") provided by the KGH cyber mall. ※ These Terms and Conditions shall also apply to electronic commerce conducted via PC communication, wireless devices, etc., unless contrary to their nature. --- # Article 2 (Definitions) 1. "Mall" refers to a virtual business platform established by KGH using information and communication equipment such as computers to enable users to trade goods or services (hereinafter referred to as "Goods, etc."). It also refers to the operator of the cyber mall. 2. "User" refers to members and non-members who access the Mall and receive the Services provided by the Mall in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 3. "Member" refers to a person who has registered as a member of the Mall and can continuously use the Services provided by the Mall. 4. "Non-member" refers to a person who uses the Services provided by the Mall without registering as a member. --- # Article 3 (Specification, Explanation, and Amendment of Terms) 1. The Mall shall display the contents of these Terms and Conditions, company name, representative's name, business address, contact information, business registration number, e-commerce registration number, and personal information manager on the main page of the Mall so users can easily access them. 2. Before users agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Mall shall provide separate linked pages or pop-up windows for important matters such as withdrawal of subscription, delivery responsibility, and refund conditions. 3. The Mall may amend these Terms and Conditions within the scope that does not violate applicable laws including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Transactions, and related laws. 4. When amending these Terms and Conditions, the Mall shall announce the effective date and reason for amendment on the initial screen of the Mall at least 7 days before the effective date. If the amendment is disadvantageous to users, the notice period shall be at least 30 days. 5. The amended Terms and Conditions shall apply only to contracts concluded after the effective date unless otherwise agreed upon by the user and the Mall. 6. Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by relevant laws and customary commercial practices. --- # Article 4 (Provision and Change of Services) 1. The Mall performs the following tasks: * Provision of information on goods or services and conclusion of purchase contracts * Delivery of goods or services for concluded purchase contracts * Other tasks designated by the Mall 2. The Mall may change the contents of goods or services to be provided under future contracts in cases such as out-of-stock items or changes in technical specifications. 3. If the contents of services contracted with users are changed due to reasons such as out-of-stock items or technical specification changes, the Mall shall immediately notify users at a contactable address. 4. The Mall shall compensate users for damages caused by such changes unless the Mall proves absence of intent or negligence. --- # Article 5 (Suspension of Services) 1. The Mall may temporarily suspend the provision of Services in cases such as maintenance, replacement, malfunction of information and communication equipment, or interruption of communication. 2. The Mall shall compensate users or third parties for damages caused by temporary suspension unless the Mall proves absence of intent or negligence. 3. If the Mall cannot provide Services due to business conversion, abandonment, integration, or other reasons, the Mall shall notify users and compensate them according to announced standards. --- # Article 6 (Membership Registration) 1. Users may apply for membership by filling out the registration form designated by the Mall and expressing consent to these Terms and Conditions. 2. The Mall shall register applicants as members unless they fall under any of the following: * Applicants who previously lost membership qualifications under these Terms and Conditions * False information, omissions, or errors in registration details * Cases where registration significantly interferes with the Mall's technical operations 3. The membership agreement is established when the Mall's approval reaches the applicant. 4. Members must promptly update any changes to their registered information. --- # Article 7 (Withdrawal and Loss of Membership Qualification) 1. Members may request withdrawal at any time, and the Mall shall process it immediately. 2. The Mall may restrict or suspend membership if a member: * Registers false information * Fails to fulfill payment obligations * Interferes with others' use of the Mall or steals information * Violates laws or public order and morals 3. If the same act is repeated more than twice or not corrected within 30 days, the Mall may revoke membership qualifications. 4. Before revoking membership, the Mall shall notify the member and provide at least 30 days for explanation. --- # Article 8 (Notice to Members) 1. Notices to members may be made via the email address designated by the member. 2. Notices to unspecified members may be substituted by posting on the Mall bulletin board for at least one week. However, matters significantly affecting individual transactions shall be individually notified. --- # Article 9 (Purchase Application) 1. Users shall apply for purchases through methods provided by the Mall, including: * Searching and selecting goods or services * Entering recipient information * Confirming terms, cancellation rights, delivery fees, etc. * Agreeing to these Terms and Conditions * Confirming purchase applications * Selecting payment methods 2. If the Mall needs to provide personal information to third parties, separate consent must be obtained at the time of purchase. --- # Article 10 (Formation of Contract) 1. The Mall may refuse purchase applications in the following cases: * False information, omissions, or errors * Purchase of restricted goods by minors * Technical difficulties in accepting the purchase 2. The contract is deemed concluded when the Mall's acceptance reaches the user. 3. Acceptance shall include confirmation of the purchase request and related information. --- # Article 11 (Payment Methods) Payment for goods or services purchased from the Mall may be made by any available method including: 1. Bank transfer 2. Credit/debit/prepaid card payment 3. Online bank deposit 4. Electronic currency payment 5. Cash on delivery 6. Point or mileage payment 7. Gift certificates approved by the Mall 8. Other electronic payment methods --- # Article 12 (Receipt Confirmation, Modification, and Cancellation) 1. The Mall shall provide users with receipt confirmation upon purchase application. 2. Users may request modification or cancellation immediately after receiving confirmation, and the Mall shall process such requests before shipment. --- # Article 13 (Supply of Goods) 1. Unless otherwise agreed, the Mall shall take necessary measures such as manufacturing and packaging within 7 days from the order date. 2. The Mall shall specify delivery methods, costs, and delivery periods and compensate for damages caused by delays unless absence of negligence is proven. --- # Article 14 (Refund) If goods cannot be delivered due to reasons such as being out of stock, the Mall shall notify users immediately and refund payments within 3 business days if payment has already been made. --- # Article 15 (Withdrawal of Subscription) 1. Users may withdraw their subscription within 7 days from receiving goods or the written contract details. 2. Returns or exchanges are not allowed in the following cases: * Damage caused by the user * Significant decrease in value due to use * Difficulty in resale due to time lapse * Damage to reproducible product packaging 3. If the Mall fails to clearly indicate restrictions on withdrawal, such restrictions shall not apply. 4. If goods differ from advertisements or contract details, users may withdraw within 3 months from receipt or within 30 days of discovering the issue. --- # Article 16 (Effects of Withdrawal) 1. The Mall shall refund payments within 3 business days after receiving returned goods. 2. Refunds paid by credit card or electronic payment shall be processed through the payment provider. 3. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the user unless the goods differ from the advertised or contracted details. 4. The Mall shall clearly indicate who bears shipping costs upon withdrawal. --- # Article 17 (Protection of Personal Information) 1. The Mall shall collect the minimum personal information necessary for providing Services. 2. The Mall shall not collect unnecessary information at the time of membership registration unless required by law. 3. The Mall shall notify users of the purpose of collection and obtain consent. 4. Collected information shall not be used beyond its intended purpose without consent. 5. Users may withdraw consent at any time. 6. Users may request access to and correction of their personal information. 7. The Mall shall minimize personnel handling personal information and take responsibility for damages caused by leakage or misuse. 8. Personal information shall be destroyed immediately upon fulfillment of its purpose. 9. Consent boxes for personal information collection shall not be pre-selected. --- # Article 18 (Obligations of the Mall) 1. The Mall shall comply with laws and these Terms and Conditions and provide stable Services. 2. The Mall shall establish security systems to protect users' personal information. 3. The Mall shall compensate users for damages caused by unfair labeling or advertising. 4. The Mall shall not send unsolicited advertising emails. --- # Article 19 (Member ID and Password) 1. Members are responsible for managing their IDs and passwords. 2. Members shall not allow third parties to use their IDs or passwords. 3. Members must immediately notify the Mall if their ID or password is stolen or used by a third party. --- # Article 20 (Obligations of Users) Users shall not engage in the following acts: 1. Registering false information 2. Stealing others' information 3. Altering information posted on the Mall 4. Posting unauthorized information or programs 5. Infringing intellectual property rights 6. Damaging the reputation or operations of others 7. Posting obscene or immoral content --- # Article 21 (Relationship Between Linked Malls) 1. When the Mall is linked to another website through hyperlinks, the linked site is referred to as a connected mall. 2. The Mall is not responsible for transactions conducted independently by connected malls unless explicitly guaranteed. --- # Article 22 (Copyright and Restrictions on Use) 1. Copyrights and intellectual property rights of works created by the Mall belong to the Mall. 2. Users shall not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use information obtained through the Mall without prior consent. 3. The Mall shall notify users when using copyrights attributed to them under agreement. --- # Article 23 (Dispute Resolution) 1. The Mall shall establish and operate a compensation handling organization to reflect user complaints and compensate damages. 2. Complaints and opinions submitted by users shall be handled promptly. 3. Disputes may be resolved through mediation by the Korea Fair Trade Commission or related agencies. --- # Article 24 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law) 1. Lawsuits regarding electronic commerce disputes shall be filed in the competent court based on the user's address at the time of filing. 2. Korean law shall apply to lawsuits between the Mall and users. --- # Supplementary Provision These Terms and Conditions shall take effect on May 2026.
